My name is Bel, and I will be your guide on this journey. Here at Unbound, I focus on the nurturing and alignment of the body, mind, and soul. I know the healing that comes when you are able to set yourself unbound, and I work to bring my clients into this same state. The alignment of the mind, body, and soul creates authentic self expression, a sense of internal peace, and the ability to step into your power fully. I will guide you, provide a gentle space to hold you, and promote healing in a holistic manner.
I have always been drawn towards magic. Searching for moments of magic has been a focus in my life for as long as I can remember, and I have learned that the most magic is made when I am living in an aligned and embodied way. I seek to bring my clients into the experience of their own unique understanding of this magic, and facilitate healing in a sustainable way. We move to become unbound, to truly step into who we want to be and where we want to go. When the expression of the self is allowed in this way, we make room for more magic in our lives.

It starts with a deeper understanding of the self; meeting yourself where you are, and coming with compassion. My tools for meeting the mind include the practices of astrology (uncovering parts of yourself that may be hidden or misunderstood), working with the inner forms of the self through guided meditations and visualisations, and consulting the tarot for clarity.

To nurture the body, we undertake movement with breath; practices to cultivate flexibility, mobility and stability. Nourishment of the inner and outer bodies are further found in herbal medicine, such as herbal blends and tisanes, as well as skincare to nourish the body (options available to purchase in my Apothecary and offering custom orders upon request).

When it comes to the soul, my work is primarily done through the hands-on healing of Reiki. I incorporate crystal vibrational healing, unblock and cleanse the Chakra centres, and utilise spiritual journeying to search for answers from the Higher Self and soothe the Inner Child. This is where the intentional alignment of the mind, body and soul takes place, where the healing transforms and uplifts.
